Knightfall Season 2 is happening! Starring Mark Hamill????

If you, like me, had sadly accepted that Knightfall probably wasn’t returning for a second season, then turn that frown upside down. Not only is Knightfall Season 2 a confirmed reality, but it will also star Master Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill. FOR REAL.

You heard it here first! (Unless you heard it here…like we did).

OTHER STUFF WE KNOW ABOUT KNIGHTFALL SEASON 2

• There’s a new showrunner in town. Aaron Helbing is replacing Dominic Minghalla as the guy in charge. He’s previously worked on The Flash, Black Sails, and Spartacus: War of the Damned, so hopefully he packs serious skillz. I think we can all agree that there was a certain soap opera-ish cheese factor in Season 1, so if he eliminated that and gave Knightfall the quality of sister show Vikings…well that would just be swell.

Mark Hamill isn’t the only new blood. Tom Forbes (The Royals) and Genevieve Gaunt (Lost in Austen) have also joined the cast.

• We will covering the sh*t out of Season 2. Guys, real life Templar history is WILD and I’m so excited to see it brought to TV. And if we were to get another Tom Cullen scene like this…I mean, that would be okay too. I guess. If they have to.
