It’s that time of year… the dreaded office holiday party. It’s not like they’re ever all that good and they never require you to dress in something floor length and epic. No, those days are gone. It’s all office attire or cocktail dresses nowadays. It’s totally lame. Prom was too hormonal a time for it to count as our only moment of floor length gowns being appropriate to wear. I want more dress up events, damnit!
No need to fret tonight though because the TN holiday party (which is actually happening in your head at the same time it’s happening in our heads–like some telepathic That’s Normal skynet or whatever) IS fancy dress, black tie, whatever you want to call it. And you not only have a date, your date loves wearing suits and tuxedos. And he looks more dapper than a Hugo Boss model while wearing one. And he’s giving you those eyes. And he can lead like a champion in the foxtrot. Let’s Do This!
