We’ve chatted before about my fav YT’ers but I have more. Like a lot more. So here’s 3 more for now (I might need future post material).

I love makeup and all that nonsense but more than that I love beauty channels that talk about a lot of things along with makeup. Enter RawBeautyKristi. First of all, she’s hilarious. Secondly, she’s disgustingly talented with makeup. And lastly, she’s real and she stands by what she says to her audience. If you watch her say a foundation is her favorite, guess what, she’ll continue using that foundation over and over again. And I am not just saying that because she recently retweeted me and we’re basically best friends now.

That seems like such a small thing to like about a YT’er but it speaks to the integrity of the “beauty guru”. When they talk about how #OBSESSED they are with a product but then you never see it in their hand ever again, yeah that sucks. Anyway, Kristi is funny and smart and talented. Go watch her. The above video isn’t makeup related but it’s one of my favorites.

Are you in love with makeup like me? Are you obsessed with foul-mouthed Australians just saying what comes straight to their minds? Watch (or listen to as they are also a podcast!) to Beauty News on YouTube. These Aussies are funny, spicy, and have a deep love of the beauty industry and not a lot of love for shit beauty products. Hailey and Kat remind me of Lorena, Emily and I when we do our TARDISCUSS podcasts (shameless plug, but you could click here to listen to us yell at lazy writers). They know what they’re talking about and they deliver their thoughts very succinctly.
Every Thursday a new episode of Beauty News comes out and they’re typically about an hour long. I savor each one. I wait sometimes days to listen to them because I like to be able to watch them without being interrupted by my family. #SorryNotSorry
Emilia Fart
I don’t know how to explain who or what Emilia Fart is, it is actually impossible. She’s brilliant. She’s how I feel inside my head when I don’t want to be inside my head. She’s just so damn different and real and….brilliant. You have to watch her. She is not a beauty guru, but sometimes she colors her hair blue whilst grocery shopping. She makes YouTube interesting in a way that it never has been before.
She’s deep and amazing. Just go watch her and thank me later.
