The Naked2 palette is the perfect addition to the Naked eye palette family. With it’s rose golds and both matte and shimmer options, you have the power to make your eye lids look like a Palm Springs sunset. The pickup from the product to brush is substantial and it goes on and STAYS on. My favorite swatch in the palette has to be Chopper, a shimmery rose gold that has good coverage. I only wish there was a matte option to Chopper. If anyone has a matte Chopper dupe, hit me up!

Besides the much smaller size, the Naked2 basics is a MUST have because ALL of the shades are matte with zero shimmer. While I love a good sparkle on my eyes, I occasionally want to do a matte, toned down look and this is how I get it. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it doesn’t have a complimentary matte/non-shimmer version of my FAVE Naked2 color Chopper. Fail Urban Decay!!! Now if you nice folks at Urban Decay want to send me samples of the Naked Heat and the Naked Heat Essentials I would more than happy to complete my Naked palette reviews and make myself look like the Girl On Fire… minus the Hunger Games.
Total Temptation Mascara

Rating: 4/5 spider lashes
Recommended for: All my cheap ladies looking for a expensive mascara dupe!

It is my goal to have the longest lashes in the world for the cheapest amount of money. I used to be a serial Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara user, but then I was like “why am I paying $30 for mascara?!” so I sought out a cheaper option. It’s taken me about 5 tries but I randomly bought Maybelline Total Temptation because Maybelline products were BOGO at CVS and I needed to GO to my BO (Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream – also amazing). Let me tell you, I am not disappointed. It’s light, but still manages to make me look like I have crazy spider lashes. There’s been no flaking and it doesn’t do that weird thing where your eyes sting when you cry – just me? cool. This might be my new go to. For less than $8!!!

This stuff is so fun! Yes, it’s acid but don’t you want to cover your face in red slime only to have the softest skin in the world when you take it off? Just me? Whatever.
But seriously, this stuff has been recommended by like everyone, and after trying it a few times, I get it. It’s an acid exfoliant to help even and brighten skin tone, as well as reduce the appearances of acne. You’re only supposed to use it once a week, so time will tell if it changes my life completely, but after around 5 uses I’m really happy with it! Especially since it only costs $8! The Ordinary is becoming my favorite skincare brand.

Recommended for: Anyone who wants soft, natural beach waves without the salt

Since I chopped about a foot of hair off my head this summer (no really), I’ve been looking for Wave Sprays to play up the natural wave-y texture I have now that my hair doesn’t weigh as much as the 4 beach chairs, beach tent, cooler, and surf boards you have to lug to the beach to get this hair naturally. I’ve tried the OG Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray, and the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Sea Salt Spray but it’s Ouai’s Wave Spray that really WORKED without the drying effects some sea salt sprays can have and that’s probably because there’s not SALT in it. Post shower, I’ll give my hair a few pumps of the spray, brush it through and then scrunch / coil the hair a bit while it air dries. Depending on how much I care that day, I’ll then go back to touch up places with either an iron or blow drier and round brush but that’s like 10% of the time. Buy this!
