Even more fun for me was when I went to grab some photos for my Timeless recap post and saw photos of myself interviewing the cast! I knew someone was taking pictures, but I didn’t realize it was NBC doing so… here’s me and Matt:

I met with cast members Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Malcolm Barrett, Goran Visnjic, and showrunner Eric Kripke on Sunday for the almost very end of NYCC. It was relaxed and low key, a perfect setting for some fun interviews about time travel, history, well developed female leads, and of course, Star Wars. Abigail Spencer, Lucy
Abby is super sweet and also fun. It was nice interviewing her, I only wish I had more questions and more time… no pun intended!
Matt Lanter, Wyatt
Woo hoo! Finally get to interview Roman from Star-Crossed!! Of course during the interview I totally forgot to bring it up, but afterward I mentioned to him that I loved the show Star-Crossed. He said that they were all bummed when it was cancelled and felt like they were working on important themes. I agree, Matt!
The interview itself covers a wide range of topics, so you definitely want to watch.
Malcolm Barrett, Rufus
I couldn’t wait to interview Malcolm because he’s from Brooklyn and he was on Key & Peele. I was not disappointed! He was my last interview of the day and a lot of laughs.
Goran Visnjic, Flynn
Goran and I discuss Flynn’s real role in things and he teases that a lot more about Flynn’s goals will be revealed by episode 7. Also he’s so tall and handsome in person. Oh my gosh.
Eric Kripke, Co-Creator and Showrunner
Eric offered up some good advice for starting out TV writers, and he explained how the show got started.
