After catching a preview of the pilot at Comic Con, here are my five favourite things.
1. The tattoo treasure map
I am fascinated by tattoos. Not that I sport one myself (yet) but I am always curious as to the why someone would get inked. So when a tattoo turns out to be a clue to mystery, my mind starts to spin. Now when the tattoos cover an ENTIRE BODY and WILL HELP SOLVE CRIME, my brain gets overloaded with the possibilities. Who did them? What is their purpose? What does it all mean? And OMG IT REALLY HAD TO HURT GETTING A TATTOO THERE!!!
2. Kick ass leading lady
Confession time, I’ve had a girl crush on Jamie Alexander since seeing her as Lady Sif in Thor. Tough as nails and totally rocking in the metal corset, Thor should be hooking up with Sif, not Jane. But I digress….
Jamie plays Jane Doe with an amazing ability to be vulnerable in one moment and then total fierce in the next. Also, her eye make is always on point.
3. Smoking hot leading man
His name may not be that well known but his body sure is. After starring in 300 Rise of the Muscley Muscles Empire, Sullivan (Sully) Stapleton’s abs were on full glorious 3D display. He wasn’t afraid to show some skin (thank goodness) as the charming Damian Scott in Cinemax’s Strike Back either.

Side note – his naked partner in crime is Philip Winchester of the new NBC show The Player. Being network television, Sully will mostly likely be keeping his clothes on a FBI Agent Kurt Weller. Not to fear, he makes Kevlar vests and thigh holsters a thing of fantasy.
4. Chrissy Seaver!!!!
The youngest of the Seaver clan is all grown up! I wonder if growing out her curly hair was a pain? (see what I did there??)

She’s a sassy nerdy girl, kind of like me. Also, her dubsmash game is strong.
5. The Chemistry
There are some serious sparks flying between Agent Weller and Jane Doe. My advice to NBC – let’s not rush into the romance too fast, k? I really appreciate the anticipation of a slow burn.
