Forever Fest coming to Austin, TX Nov 1-3

in on 09/30/13 by Bekah and Nikki 4 Comments

So we were geeking out over our hormonal memories of Romeo & Juliet earlier today which is kinda appropriate for what we’re sharing next: Forever Fest is coming to Austin Nov 1-3.

Forever Fest is a festival for fans of female-centric films, books & TV to come together and celebrate their obsessions without shame! They have a kickstarter campaign going on right now to help raise funds for the festival. Here is a cute video explaining what they are all about:

They had us at: fetch, the this-feels-like-an-80s-movie background music, champagne, John Hughes, Channing Tatum (Elise!), CAN’T HARDLY WAIT SCREENING (!!!), the Alamo Drafthouse and FESTIVALS! We’re crossing our fingers for a special appearance by Ducky. In costume, natch.

Sound fun? We think so! Help them out on Kickstarter if you can & follow them on Twitter & Facebook to learn when tickets are available!
