I have to admit, my heart sank when Liza tried to give L.L. Moore a pass as, “a flirty old man.” We live in a post-Weinstein world and the days of normalizing bad behavior are done. Leave it to Younger to tackle a difficult topic peppered with enough humor to contribute to the conversation without making it as awkward as that office harassment class. I nearly cheered when Moore hit her with some more creep-tastic commentary and woke her up to the possibility that her fellow Pam-Pams might have some stories of their own.

What the actual &#^$%, Charles? Liza finally pours her heart out, and how does he respond? Thanks but that’s not what this is about?! Seriously??? Well that’s what it’s about now! We know from Kate’s book that Charles has the tendency to ignore the people he’s supposed to love when the company is at stake. I told you guys before, I’m team Charles all the way, but I started questioning my loyalty in that moment. Maybe he isn’t worthy. When does Josh get back from Ireland?

Can we take a moment to appreciate this man right here? I was already a fan of Charles Michael Davis from his work on The Originals. I am also a fan of how Kelsey is handling this love interest. I don’t know how she’s showing so much restraint with all of the tension (and tight pants) around, but YAS QUEEN (as someone not quite as old as real Liza or quite as young as fake Liza, I hope I used that right)!

What the WHAT?! Charles finally knows the truth! Now what will he do now that he knows? Is he going to tell her or is Liza about to find out how it feels to be the one in the dark for a change? One thing is for certain, we won’t get the rinse and repeat season we have had in the past.
