Something is happening that proves that the power of fandom, of fans, of social media, can help write the stories we deserve. “When we all get together, what a day of rejoicing that will be!” Because we all got together and pressured the #1 creator of consumable media to give us a fitting ending to one of our favorite shows: Netflix made a Sense8 finale. And it’s almost here.
The Sense8 Finale Trailer
Last week, Netflix released the finale trailer for the finale, and we all rejoiced. Knowing that everyone is banding together to rescue Wolfie from BPO and to destroy Whispers is what we expect from the feature-length finale. But seeing even short moments of cluster joy is a precious bonus. The problem is OF COURSE how are they going to pull it all together in just two hours? We deserved more, so much more.
Gah. I love that trailer. So much goodness. And giving me lots of feelings about what is going to happen.
Just a Few Expect8tions
Wolfgang rescues himself from BPO within the first hour, so we can spend the second hour watching him meet Kala make out and make babies IRL.
Nomi and Amanita are married in Paris and the Eiffel Tower scene is their cluster reception (and the party for Kalagang’s IRL bangfest).
Mun and Sun band together and FINALLY get rid of Sun’s horrible brother.
Capheus doesn’t win his election because we do NOT have time for this storyline to go anywhere.
Lito lets Hernando and Daniella in on the cluster news because they deserve to know what orgies they are participating in.
Let’s be real: Riley (and Will??) will birth a new cluster.
