I don’t know about you, but I’ve been busy binging the second season of Jessica Jones. (It’s so good! What do you think?) and sitting around really mad that it’s still freezing and it’s April 9th. So there are a couple things that happened in the news lately that we need to address- normal stuff you may have missed, if you will. So let’s get to it!
Aaron Tveit is going to star in Moulin Rouge
We’re trying to remember the name of that show that took him from guy we were crazy about to easily forgotten (it was Graceland) but Aaron Tveit is coming back to the stage, where he belongs:

Last Fall it was announced that Aaron Tveit and Tony Award winner Karen Olivo were leading a developmental lab of Baz Lurhmann’s Moulin Rouge in NYC. Because I watched the best TV Show ever SMASH on NBC, I know that most shows go through some sort of “lab” before making it to Broadway. Moulin Rouge has been scheduled for a Boston-premiere (FACT: also a place SMASH went first!) before it probably moves on to NYC.
[Aaron] Tveit stars as Christian, a poet who becomes obsessed with the beautiful singer and courtesan Satine (Olivo) who performs at the famed Parisian nightclub. The roles were originated on screen by Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman in the 2001 film. sourceThe musical, directed by Alex Timbers, will reopen Boston’s Emerson Colonial Theatre this summer; the limited engagement will run at the historic venue June 27 through August 5; opening night is scheduled for July 22. The musical is expected to transfer to Broadway after, though no word yet on a theatre or dates. source
Already Emily L. promises to cover this musical for TN, and we’re just excited we’ll finally get more reasons for Aaron to Instagram-sing. I should’ve just posted this Insta today instead of writing all that other crap:

This video sure rings true for me as I write this after day 3 in my favorite GIRLFRIEND leggings. (They are the best. Trust!)
Plus my boyfriend got me my first pair of Lululmeon leggins which go like this: “Put on for 5 mile run. Make it to 2 miles. Decide that’s enough. Go home and sit to cool down. Change shirt once sweat dries. Decide pants are fine. Wear for next 3 days when decide to run 5 Miles again. Make it to 2 Miles again. Rinse. Repeat.”
Only 2 more months until Younger is back!
Younger Returns with Season 5 on June 5th (for my birthday, June 4th) where we’ll inevitably get another “WILL THEY, WON’T THEY” season between Charles (Peter Hermann) and Liza (Sutton Foster). THEY HAVE TO. SOMEONE MUST. LOOK AT CHARLES. And EW exclusively revealed last month that Charles’ ex wife’s fictional tell-all about their live Marriage Vacation will ACTUALLY be published by Simon & Schuster in June, coinciding with the release of Season 5!
