The festive holiday season is in full swing! Stores are filling and wallets are emptying.  While you were out and about snatching up the best Black Friday deals, I spent my time online and rounded up what you need to know from the internet this week.

Oh Lifetime. Please don’t screw this up. The original is a classic. However, Idina Menzel’s version of Wind Beneath My Wings is ugly sob worthy.

Sweden is stepping up to combat the patriarchy with a hotline to report incidents of mansplaining at work. The goal is to start a discussion about discrimination and to create a more inclusive workplace.

Science nerds rejoice!

From the team that brought us Mythbusters,  original hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman are out and a new team is in. Kari, Tory and Grant are stepping in to their predecessors’ safety goggles to examine a wide range of mind blowing stunts. Explosions are to be expected.
