Welcome back to our favorite Delaware Valley area specific sports feature called Hot Guys of Philly Sports where Samantha doesn’t feature not-hot athletes on less-than-steller Philadelphia sports teams, but real life guys she sees at running and workout groups in Philadelphia!

Yup, he’s from Philly!
1. Age: 26
2. Height: 6’3’’
3. Occupation: Training supervisor at Jet.com – future Philly police officer
4. Preferred Sports: Running, soccer, climbing.
5. How did you get involved with running? I started running my sophomore year of high school
because a few friends were on the cross-country team and I wanted to do something new.
6. Workout Schedule: I run almost every day. Sunday is a long run, Tuesday and Friday are
intervals or hills. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are easy runs.
7. Fitness Regimen: Mostly running with some core/ circuit training
8. Nutrition: I consider myself a pescatarian. I eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Fish is my
favorite.
9. Favorite Race: I really enjoy racing the mile and the 2 mile, although I’ve been working my way up
to the half marathon.
10. Cheat Snack: Chips and salsa or ice cream.
11. Greatest sporting achievement: Making it to the State Championship three times during my
senior year of high school.
12. Where you can find him: I work out with Team Philly and November Project on Wednesdays at
6:25am at the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps and Fridays at Lemon Hill. Most of my runs are
along the Schuylkill River Trail, Delaware River, Lemon Hill and Center City
