I Found Heaven: Lolli and Pops

in Life on 08/31/16 by Laura 11 Comments

You guys, I found heaven. It’s a magical, sweet-smelling, sweet hocking, sweet filled paradise. What magic am I talking about? Lolli and Pops; aka my new hang out.

I don’t have a sweet tooth, I have sweet teeth. I NEED it. Recently the question was posed to me, what’s my favorite candy? I couldn’t answer it. It would be like picking between my dogs. They’re both amazing, make my heart happy, and are completely different.

When I first heard about Lolli & Pops, I went to the trusty internet and looked up their website. I teared up. Which was awkward because I was at work. So what is so special about this candy store? What makes it tear worthy? That’s a loaded question.

When you walk into Lolli & Pops, the first thing you will notice is the warm glowing light that makes everything seem magical. My pictures do not have any filters on them, that’s just how the store looks ALL THE TIME. There is literally everything in there for whatever is your fancy. You want chocolate? They got chocolate. They have truffles, giant desert chocolates, and a whole section of bulk chocolates.

They have a whole “old fashioned” candy section, a sour area, and a gummy bear-palooza.

They have a wall of cotton candy. The flavors range from strawberry shortcake (what up The Hating Game?!) and salted caramel. The international candy section is a delight. They have Kinder Eggs y’all. Real. Kinder. Eggs.

The very best part of Lolli & Pops? The super nice staff.
