Frankl, this is based on the authors on experience in a Nazi death camp and Frankl makes the argument that you cannot truly avoid suffering but you do have the power to influence how you cope with it and ultimately move forward with a renewed purpose. This book is not for the faint of heart but offers an emotional and ultimately satisfying read.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Another classic self-help book which focuses on personal development and offers a different perspective and insight into how a principled approach to life and lead to the best possible outcome. This book is critically-acclaimed and has been written by Stephen R. Covey who explains how you can overcome personal and professional problems.

There is every chance that you have seen the famous film starring Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling, but it all started with this book by Nicholas Sparks and is more than just a love story.
