Each year, Zachary Levi gets some of the best panels of fan favorites and new amazing HQ friends together for the charity fundraiser. Everything at HQ is free except for panels and smiles for smiles. The funds raised from these go to benefit Operation Smile, the charity for children born with cleft lips or pallets. Each surgery costs $250 and so each panel at HQ provides 16 surgeries for those in need.
I went to a few panels this year, and I’ll recap all of those in the next few days, but I wanted to make sure you got some of the best moments from my favorite part of Comic-con weekend. All videos can be found at The Nerd Machine’s youtube page. From Bryan Cranston’s drop the mic moment to William Shatner’s “Do you want to sit on my lap?,” you can catch all of the amazingness of HQ there.
Panels I wished I could have attended:
Zachary Levi Kicks of HQ
Agents of Shield
Supernatural
And even though it didn’t happen this year, just in case you haven’t seen it:
Tom Hiddleston’s HQ panel from 2013
