As I mentioned my real life job is getting in the way of blogging! So a week late and in time for tonight’s Moving in episode. Let’s talk about the Holidays. First, I know this is a weird thing to notice, but can we talk about the soundtrack for this episode? Because I’m always looking for fun Christmas music, I love so many of these songs. I have no idea who they are by but I am loving the songs. I don’t know if they are all on here but spotify has a whole MAFS-inspired playlist! I just found out one of the songs was used on Dance Moms, is that an A&E show too? Holla for the Holidays by the Wizardz of Oz?
Ryan & Jessica
We do see Ryan and Jessica talk through things but I’m still hesitant about these two. We notice before they leave Florida they talk about their fight from the previous night. In Ryan’s tweet, he points out that he had to sleep on the couch!

Jessica moves in with Ryan until they can find their own place. Staten Island is a long way away. I mean it’s a ferry ride away! I appreciate that Ryan went and got Jessica a Christmas tree! So cute! Do you have lights? You have lights. Do you have ornaments? You have ornaments! . How cute was it that Ryan’s mom invited Jessica’s family to Christmas dinner! Love it! .
Ryan & Jaclyn
80 miles apart is a huge deal when you live anywhere, but an urban setting, the commute time adds so much stress to a situation. While figuring out where they are going to live, it seems that Jaclyn has finally moved Ryan out of the friend-zone. This makes me so happy!! Here’s a fun tweet Ryan posted before leaving Puerto Rico:
Goodbye Puerto Rico! @JaclynMethuen @AETV #MarriedAtFirstSight #mafs wonderful times pic.twitter.com/ffWcWIFFdP — ryan ranellone (@LIRealEstate01) April 15, 2015
It’s adorable that Ryan is purchasing a gift for Jaclyn. The video of her reaction is special, I mean he tried sooo hard. I hope she finds it endearing.
I’m also thrilled with her fitting in with his family.
So cute! and I love that she has a crush on her husband!!! yay! We’re married, so sharing is caring!
.
Sean & Davina
Sean is moving to NYC so we’ll see how that goes. It’s not that big of a difference having lived in both, I can say that. It’s far but it’s not that bad.
I did like that they chose to spend the time together, and figuring out who they are, what they like and have great time together. And built their own traditions.
We get to figure out the bombshell moment when we find out that things might have been very different if Sean’s previous relationship had taken a different path. Sean’s last girlfriend miscarried a child. That’s really rough to deal with.
Episode #6
By this time last season, I had a feeling about the couples. The response this season is mostly tepid. I’m hopeful for all of the couples. I want them to all be here for the right reasons. I’ve said from the begining I want Jaclyn and Ryan R to work out. I don’t know if Ryan D & Jessica will be able to make it, their firey personalities make me nervous. Sean and Davina, I’m still on the fence about. It seems like they want this to work but I’m not sure if there is emotional baggage that will get in the way or not. We’ll see.
