The DIVERGENT Press Conference at Comic Con 2013

Believe it or not, we STILL Have things to share with you from Comic Con. We actually have some exclusive interviews with cast members of Divergent that we did with our internet BFFs Fangirlish and will hopefully have them to you later this week.

But in the meantime, we also got to sit in on the Divergent press conference before they ran over to Hall H to show the first Divergent clip.

These types of press conferences are great because it’s all press & no fans and therefore there is no screaming or embarassing ROBSTEN questions (okay, well that was back in the Twilight days). The disadvantage to pressers is that half the time it seems like those asking the questions read the cliffs notes of the book or just read a few interviews to prep- the questions aren’t always the best. And sometimes fighting for the mic from the international press is annoying (not sometimes. always)

But sitting in Theo James’ eyesight usually makes it all okay. Even though experiencing this suddenly means you can no longer see the words on the page you used to form the questions you prepped to ask in the interview soooo..

We didn’t fight to ask any questions b/c we knew we’d have an opportunity later that night. We also didn’t bring our Thrusting Theo cut-out to this presser. But don’t worry- we have 3 movies to get through. There’s time.
