The news coming out about Supernatural this week was like a record scratching during my internet surfing. WHO. WHAT. WHERE. WHEN. WHY? I typically get a bit squirrely when it comes to spin-offs. Typically, the reaction goes a bit something like this:

Spinoff is announced

 

Not knowing which favorite supporting characters will take a grand exit

 

Confirmation that my favorite supporting character is leaving the show

 

 

 

Friends do not understand my distress

 

 

Previews show promise

 

After the first episode

 

 

Show Gets Cancelled after 6 episodes

 

While I do worry that a spin-off series can take the focus off the main series, I don’t really mind it if it means more Jared and Jensen.

 

Supposedly the Supernatural Spin-off will be an ensemble show. I will go stand on the corner with a sandwich board if somehow Felicia Day can be a permanent character.  Please make it so, Nerd G-ds.
