Have no fear, we’re here as your favorite hard-hitting journalists and investigators to find out just what Aaron has been up to lately:
Aaron Tveit is taking on Stage 54 Below
According to Broadway.com, which I’m guessing is a source for Broadway news although I only go for gifs like this:
Well this Aaron Tveit fan has NOT been going “bonkers” because I haven’t gone “bonkers” since my grandma bought me Barbie’s pink jeep in 1992, and also I have no idea what any of those things mean. Stage 54 Below? Four “dates”?
Further research discovers that 54 Below is “Broadway’s Nightclub” and Aaron is doing a total of SIX sold-out shows there in May, all of which are sold out. I feel so “down with the Broadway Kids” now that I know all of that.
Aaron Tveit has been working out
If you need proof (and you do, of course you do)

I mean come on…….. As Uncle Jesse would say “Have Mercy” amiright?
Aaron played Baseball in Central Park
Apparently for the past few years now Aaron Tveit has joined the Broadway Show league to play baseball in Central Park. This year he once again joined the team Rock of Ages in a game on 4/18 against Kinky Boots.
Aaron Tveit even looks hot as a bro
Aaron Tveit has done a little dancing
And Singing
(Aaron asks that you ignore that other guy)

Aaron Tveit to be on Graceland on USA
The biggest news is that Aaron is on the new USA show Graceland premiering June 6th (which is a couple days after my 30th birthday so I can assume is a Happy Birthday present to me)
I’ll be honest, I was not exactly thrilled when I heard this news. From what I heard of the show it seemed like a cop drama- CSI- Law & order type. I am kinda addicted to those shows so it’s strange that that wouldn’t excite me, but it didn’t. It doesn’t seem to “Fit” with the idea I have of Aaron Tveit in my head- You know the idea where I’m in a fabulous dress and he whisks me off for a night out at Manhattan’s hottest new restaurant and we got for a nightcap at a 20s era nightclub where he jumps on stage and behind the piano to serenade me with a song he writes for me on the spot in front of the entire audience. I dunno– I haven’t put much thought behind it- But “cop show” just didn’t seem to fit.
Well this show doesn’t look like just any “Cop Show” and Aaron seems to have a pretty big part:
I think I’m excited about this show. Aaron plays the good guy- got the perfect scores at the Academy- aced all the tests- plays by the books. It’ll be nice to see him get a little rough and dirty. I’m not sure who the b*tch is that they’ll set up as his love interest will be but she’s sure to be hot and we’re all sure to hate her. I’m kinda excited!
Aaron Tveit recently looked at me
Oh you think he’s looking at YOU? No no.. my friend… that look is for me
And texted it to me real quick*. He was like “Hey- what’s up? You want brunch or something? Meet me in 15?” and I was like “omasdfakjgadfoasdfkjnasdflk” which means “Yeah, I’ll bring the champagne.”
Just in case you haven’t fallen in love with Aaron Tveit yet like the rest of That’s Normal and all of the people using Google, watch this and I DARE YOU not to take a quick second to say a prayer thanking God for actually putting a straight man on Broadway:
Apparently according to the 13 year olds on Tumblr Graceland is premiering tonight (4/29) on Video-on-Demand services in the US. I can’t find confirmation of this but I’ll be doing “research” to find out more (by “research” I mean I’ll turn on my VOD tonight and see if it’s available)
What do you think about what Aaron Tveit has been up to lately? Are you jealous of that microphone pop filter (cover) like I was? Will you be tuning in to watch Graceland this summer?
*no he didn’t
