It’s Spring in Los Angeles, finally! After a long winter of rain and wind and more rain. So what does that mean? It’s time for Spring Cleaning, Coachella activities (from the comfort of your own home and NOT in the middle of the Empire Polo Fields), and spring foods. Here’s a quick look at what I’m watching, doing, and eating!
.
Watch: Beyonce’s Coachella Doc, Homecoming
In true Bey style, she dropped both a Netflix Documentary AND a live album of her historic Coachella performance in 2018. I plan to hide out from the whole “Redacted Mueller Report” release baloney today and watch this instead. And then donate to a democratic presidential campaign.

Do: Marie Kondo Your Drawers
A few weeks back, I dumped out all my drawers, watched a YouTube video on how to do the Marie Kondo fold and I got to work! Now I love opening my drawers to look at home organized everything is. And as much as I thought it was a little bogus, this folding method is the truth, I can see everything in the drawer AND there’s so much more room now. Now the big test will be if I can keep this up after my next load of laundry. Heh.
These are my actual drawers!

Eat: Passion Fruit
At a friend’s baby shower last weekend, the host let us take home passion fruit from the plant in her yard. Let’s just say I left with like five of them in my bag because passion fruit is pretty much my fave ever. Who doesn’t go to a baby shower and steal a bunch of fruit from the hostesses garden?!?! Anyone?! I ate a few on the spot because they’re perfect like that, you can crack them open and eat the middle. Or add them to a drink, or into recipes. How about this passion fruit sorbet, or this passion fruit curd? What should I make?
