Spring Gear
The bad thing about running gear is that it wears out or gets so funky that even the landfill is like, “Hard pass.” But the good thing about running gear is that when it does wear out, you can do some guilt-free shopping. My must-haves for Spring 2017:
Brooks Capris: These bright capris have a wide waist band, which keep my fat roll (aka baby donut) from plunging over. $75 at Brooks
Slay then Rosé tank: Let’s be real. One of the reasons I run is for stress relief. The other is so I can imbibe without guilt. $19.99 at Etsy
On Cloudflyer: I’m in love with this shoe, which I bought after struggling with knee pain for most of 2016. It’s a light shoe (with mint accents!) that offers stability for long-distance running. I’ve been loyal to the Brooks Dyad for over 10 years, but I am now an On convert. $159 at Zappos
