Over the last year and a half I have become deeply immersed in the Sherlock fandom. The majority of that time, aside from the one-off Christmas Special, has been spent in hiatus. I was not prepared for what getting new content would make me feel. (Warning: spoilers for Sherlock Season 4 ahead)
I’ve had mixed feelings about the season so far. I didn’t like the first episode, The Six Thatchers, very much. Mostly due to its manic pacing and with the way they chose to kill Mary off. And, while initially loving the second episode, The Lying Detective, after subsequent viewings I felt like there were things about it that I just can’t explain away easily.
I had lots of thoughts about this episode, which I will try and have up later this week, but I would love to hear what your favorite moments were!
